All products are intended for use under adult supervision only and are not intended for sleep or unsupervised use.
Some products are supplied as DIY kits and require adult assembly. By purchasing a DIY kit, you acknowledge that assembly, placement, material choices, and safe use are the responsibility of the adult purchaser once the kit is received. Full safety and usage guidance is provided on the relevant product pages and in the accompanying instructions.
Finished items are intended to be looked at or explored gently, as described on the product page, and are not designed to be used as toys without supervision.
2. Orders
An order placed through this website constitutes an offer by you, the buyer, to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not obliged to accept an order unless all required details have been correctly entered.
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance and completion of the contract occur when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
The contract of sale is concluded in Valencia, Spain. The language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right to refuse any order without obligation to provide a reason.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Products and Descriptions
Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, including colour tone, materials, and visual details, due to photographic techniques, lighting conditions, or production differences.
Such variations do not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products supplied to any individual customer or delivery address.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on the website are those applicable at the time your order is received. Delivery costs are displayed separately and may vary depending on destination.
We reserve the right to adjust prices prior to dispatch to reflect factors beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in material costs, labour costs, exchange rates, or customs-related charges. In the event of such a change, you will have the right to cancel your order before dispatch.
Payment is taken at the time of order using the payment method provided at checkout.
Ownership of the products passes to you once full payment has been received.
You will receive an electronic receipt and dispatch confirmation by email once your order has been processed.
5. Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address provided by you at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee delivery times.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
If we are unable to deliver your products within a reasonable time, you may cancel your order prior to delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot offer refunds solely due to shipping delays.
In the event of partial delivery, we will supply the remaining items as soon as reasonably possible. If outstanding items have not been delivered within 14 days of the initial delivery, you may cancel the undelivered portion of your order.
6. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please request a Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 7 days of delivery by emailing montessori.edited@gmail.com.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required by law.
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
7. Your Responsibilities
You warrant that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
For DIY kits and any products requiring assembly or placement, you accept responsibility for ensuring that all items are assembled, positioned, and used safely and appropriately, in accordance with the provided guidance.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will use reasonable care and skill in fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions. However, we shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, transport disruptions, labour disputes, regulatory actions, or supply chain interruptions.
Except where prohibited by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
