– The Montessori visual mobiles cannot be touched by a baby. The lowest element should hang 30cm above the baby’s chest.
– Apart from the wooden ring, none of the other Montessori tactile mobiles are meant to be mouthed. When you see that your baby puts it in their mouth, please gently remove it from their hands.
– Babies must be monitored when they use any Montessori material.
– Always check every Montessori material thoroughly before giving it to your baby.
– From the moment you start using the DIY kits all responsibility for the product’s safety transfers to you.

DIY 3-months-old Montessori mobile gift set

This DIY 3-months-old Montessori mobile gift set for babies includes three mobile kits, one visual (Dancers mobile), one visual AND tactile (crocheted Gobbi mobile ) and tactile set (Full Tactile Set). These mobiles accompany your little one’s visual development in their third month and adapt to their changing interest when they start to focus more on physical progression. Each Montessori material is age-appropriate (every baby develops at a different pace, so observe what your baby is ready for), they provide an exercise for his/her development which is challenging but at the same time not too overwhelming.

This 3-month-old set contains three mobile kits:

  1. The Dancers mobile encourages dynamic visual focus and depth perception.
  2. The Crocheted Gobbi infant mobile first serves as a visual mobile, training the visual skill of colour discrimination. Then, when your baby’s interest shifts from visual to physical, e.g starts to reach for the balls and tries to hit them, then you can turn it into a tactile mobile. Only available in blue.
  3. The Tactile Mobile Set includes (see this link for what’s included exactly)

    Grasping beads
    The beads are all made of natural, untreated wood and are not all perfectly round. (Colours may differ slightly to that of the photos.) Available in three different sets, based on the colour of the beads: all-natural (all beads have a natural, wooden colour), high-contrast (natural and dark brown beads) and colourful (all beads are colourful, except the biggest ones which are natural)

The Instruction Guide is in a printable, digital format and available in English and Hungarian. You’ll also get access to all the tutorial videos to visually help you along the way. If you run into problems, I’m only a message away.
